June 19, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #34 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE SUNCOAST TECHNICAL COLLEGE SOUTH CAMPUS VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in the Final Pay Application #20 for approval. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the Suncoast Technical College South Campus Vertical Construction Services' project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractors be approved as presented.
